Hello and a very warm welcome; I’m Helen, an AuDHD Counsellor working with Adults, Children, Couples and Families.
Being a later in life diagnosed Autistic and ADHD counsellor, I offer genuine empathy and understanding if you’re overwhelmed, feel isolated or strugging with life – I’ve been there too.
Are you feeling misunderstood, lost or stuck?
You might be exploring your identity, navigating Autism, ADHD or other forms of neurodivergence. Or are you having difficulties at work, questioning your gender or sexuality, or feeling burnt out, lonely or overwhelmed by life?
Or living with anxiety, low mood or depression? Crippled with PMDD (I have lived experience) or menopause symptoms, struggling with emotional dysregulation, or feeling unsettled by a diagnosis, whether it’s new, upcoming or still in process?
My Person Centred Approach puts you at the very centre of our sessions. Working in a Neuro-informed way, helps us to view life through a different lens; one that understands things like burnout, sensory sensitivities, rejection sensitivity dysphoria, fluctuating energy levels, links to Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) and anxiety, to name but a few.
Whatever has brought you here, you don’t have to face it alone; I support adults, children, couples and families.
Sessions available:

UK wide Online (via Zoom), Phone or WhatsApp Video.

Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 7.30pm.
I offer 30 minute or 1 hour sessions at a frequency that is decided by you.
